We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated paralegal to join our busy, established, and highly regarded Commercial Property department based in Oxted, Surrey.

This permanent, full-time role offers the potential for hybrid working upon completion of probation and training.

You will be supporting a senior solicitor within our team and should possess solid commercial property and landlord & tenant paralegal experience gained in a similar environment. Relevant legal qualifications and a genuine interest in developing a career in this field are essential.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, pragmatic, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude, collaborative approach, and flexibility are key, alongside confidence and adaptability.
