Are you an ambitious paralegal looking to build your career in commercial property law? A respected and people-focused firm is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its dynamic and collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced fee earners and take on a varied, hands-on role within a supportive and modern working environment.

The Role:
As a valued member of the Commercial Property team, you’ll assist with transactions and play a key role in supporting fee earners across a broad range of commercial property matters. You’ll also have the opportunity to manage a small caseload under supervision, gaining invaluable exposure and experience along the way.
Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting legal documents such as leases, contracts, and reports
• Supporting with legal research and preparing client documentation
• Managing and organising case files and electronic document systems
• Acting as a point of contact for clients and third parties on matters
• Assisting in meetings, scheduling, and general administrative duties
• Providing day-to-day support to fee earners and department heads
• Staying up to date with relevant legislation and regulatory changes
• Managing a small caseload (where appropriate and with supervision)

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree or equivalent qualification, or at least 1 year’s experience in a property-focused legal role
• Solid understanding of legal procedures, terminology, and documentation
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Professional, discreet, and able to work to deadlines
• A proactive, team-oriented individual with a commitment to high standards
• Familiarity with legal software and research tools is desirable
