Commercial Property Paralegal
Our client, a leading regional law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing team and to support on a broad range of real estate matters.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling day-to-day client files including leasehold/freehold acquisitions, deeds, licences, agreements, and more
• Drafting and negotiating property documents from precedent or heads of terms
• Reviewing title (registered & unregistered), raising requisitions, and advising on defects
• Managing completions, post-completion (SDLT/LTT, HMLR), and preparing reports
• Liaising with clients, surveyors, and lawyers clearly and confidently
• Supporting client projects, secondments, and providing training where required
• Maintaining intranet systems, forecasts, deed schedules, and compliance protocols

What we’re looking for:
Solid experience in commercial property work (12 months experience plus).
Strong drafting, negotiation, and title review skills
Confident communicator with attention to detail
Good working knowledge of MS Office
