As part of the firm’s busy Commercial Property team, you’ll provide full legal and administrative support to a team of experienced solicitors—playing a key role in the progression of matters from file opening through to post-completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting solicitors with commercial property transactions
• Opening and closing files
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Conducting searches and preparing Land Registry applications
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
• Managing key dates, deadlines, and document filing

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in either commercial property or residential property
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, team-focused attitude
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in commercial property law
• Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
