Conveyancing Paralegal – Brighton – £24,000+ | Hybrid Working
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Conveyancing Paralegal to join a growing legal team in the heart of Brighton. This firm offers a fantastic chance to develop your skills in both residential and commercial property, within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The role:

Assist fee earners with a varied residential conveyancing caseload
Support the growth of the commercial property department
Liaise with clients, agents, and solicitors to progress transactions
Draft contracts, complete searches, and prepare documentation
Ensure accurate and timely file management

The ideal candidate:

Experience in residential conveyancing is essential
Keen interest or prior exposure to commercial property work
Proactive, organised and a strong team player
Looking for development and long-term progression
