Commercial Property Paralegal/Assistant

Looking to take the next step in your property law career? I’m working with a well-respected firm in Crystal Palace that’s on the lookout for a Commercial Property Assistant or Paralegal to join their growing team.

This role offers the chance to work alongside a highly experienced Partner on a broad range of matters for a varied client base — including developers, landlords, and commercial tenants.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting on a busy caseload of both commercial and residential property transactions
• Keeping files organised from start to finish and handling key admin tasks
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents to keep deals running smoothly
• Preparing contracts and documentation, and handling title reviews and due diligence
• Assisting with acquisitions, disposals, leases, and licenses to assign
• Managing post-completion tasks like SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
• Providing excellent client service and supporting the team with general BD efforts

Someone with a background in property (commercial or residential) who’s organised, proactive, and eager to grow. You’ll be confident communicating with clients and professionals alike and have a genuine interest in commercial real estate.
