The Role:

This is not just another Senior Solicitor position, it’s a genuine Partner Opportunity. You will take ownership of a high-quality caseload, contribute to the strategic growth of the Commercial Property department and be supported on a clear path to becoming Head of Department and Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload including sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, property finance and development work
• Deliver commercially focused legal advice to a broad client base, including SMEs and developers
• Lead business development initiatives and expand the department’s profile
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative culture
• Work closely with senior leadership to shape the department’s future

Your Profile:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial property law
• Strong technical expertise across all aspects of commercial property
• Proven ability to manage caseloads and build lasting client relationships
• Commercially minded with a passion for business development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ambitious, proactive and ready to make a lasting impact
• Must be able to work from the Horsham office part of the week to support team collaboration
