The Role
The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team and play a key role in managing a range of high-quality commercial property matters. You will be given autonomy to handle your own caseload, work closely with clients, and contribute to the development of junior team members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development work
• Providing strategic legal advice tailored to client needs
• Supporting junior members of the team through mentoring and guidance
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and file management standards
• Collaborating with colleagues across departments to meet client objectives
• Participating in business development and firm-wide initiatives

The Ideal Candidate

The firm is looking for a confident and commercially astute solicitor with a strong background in commercial property. The ideal candidate will have:

• 3–6 years PQE with solid experience across a range of commercial property matters
• A strong track record of managing complex transactions
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• A methodical and organised approach to file and time management
• Flexibility to travel between offices
