Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of commercial property matters
• Draft and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts
• Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in commercial property law
• Proven track record of managing complex commercial property transactions
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving client objectives
