Your Responsibilities:

• Handle a variedcommercial property caseload, including:

-          Acquisitions and disposals

-          Sales and leases

-          Landlord and tenant

-          Commercial and Residential development and infrastructure

-          Finance and securities

-          Overage and clawback

-          Development agreements

-          Get exposure to agricultural land matters 

-          Options and conditional contracts

-          Sales and Purchases of businesses (including hotels, pubs etc)

• Play a key role in enhancing the firm’s reputation 
• Engage with an established & diverse client base 

What You’ll Bring:

• Qualification as a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+years of experience
• Any additional agricultural experience is beneficial but not mandatory

Additional Details:

• Full-time position preferred, but part-time orflexible arrangements can be considered
• Informal chats or initial video meetings can be arranged to explore mutual interest before formal applications
