Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A leading Legal 500 firm in Reading is seeking a capable and commercially-minded Commercial Property Solicitor to join its well-regarded Real Estate team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a broad mix of clients, from SMEs and developers to national retailers and investors.

The Role
•You’ll take on a varied caseload of high-quality real estate work, including:
• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial leases and renewals
• Development agreements and overage
• Property finance and secured lending
• Supporting corporate colleagues on property elements of deals

You’ll be working directly with clients and intermediaries, with plenty of opportunity to develop your network and career.

What We're Looking For
• 2–6 years PQE in commercial property (flexible for the right candidate)
• Solid technical knowledge and strong drafting skills
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Strong communication and client-handling abilities
• A collaborative and commercial mindset
