You’ll work on diverse projects across Scotland and the UK, advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, development projects, leasing, and property finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial property transactions, ensuring smooth acquisitions and sales
• Provide guidance on development projects, from planning to sale
• Advise on commercial leasing and asset management
• Structure and negotiate property finance deals

Ideal Candidate:

• 1-6 years' PQE in commercial property law
• Strong client focus with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Eager to learn and grow with continuous professional development
