A Chambers & Partners recommended commercial property team in Epsom and Ewell is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor at the start of their career to join its growing practice.

You will collaborate closely with lawyers on a range of interesting and complex commercial property matters, providing you with excellent opportunities for professional development and exposure to high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, your caseload will include:

• Acquisitions and Disposals
• Property Finance
• Leases
• Development

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Have excellent experience in commercial property, real estate, bridging finance or property development
• Be 1-2 PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive (those with less or more PQE will be considered too)
• Be able to work collaboratively within a team and interact effectively with colleagues and clients
