An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join one of the region’s leading L500 law firms in Halifax.

My client is an award-winning, Legal 500 recommended full-service law firm with multiple offices across Yorkshire. Known for a reputation built on high-quality staff and exceptional achievement, it offers a supportive environment where both legal professionals and support staff thrive.

You will have at least 2 years PQE from a reputable firm, with solid experience handling a wide range of commercial property matters. You will manage a diverse caseload that includes landlord and tenant matters, development and investment work.

This role requires excellent client care skills, the ability to nurture client relationships, and a strong commercial awareness to help drive business development.
