Description

• Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leasing

• Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions

• Acting for a broad client base including SMEs, developers, and landowners

• Providing pragmatic, commercially sound legal advice

• Supporting partners on more complex property transactions when required

Profile

• A qualified solicitor with up to 1 year PQE & experience in commercial property

• Confident handling transactions from instruction to completion

• Comfortable building and maintaining client relationships

• Skilled in drafting and negotiating leases, missives, and contracts

• Organised, proactive, and keen to grow within a friendly local firm
