COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have an excellent knowledge of the law yet be able to think commercially and analytically so as to provide accurate and practical advice to company clients and high net worth individuals which is tailored to their needs, with an ability to think clearly under pressure and write concisely. You will also be expected to play an active role in marketing and practice development as well as providing a high level of service to existing clients. Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 6 years PQE gained within a leading regional, city or national practice recognised for their commercial property offerings. If you are an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor seeking an opportunity where you can undertake a varied and diverse caseload of high quality and complex commercial property matters, then this is the opportunity for you. As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be handling the full range of commercial property including sales and purchases, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and leases as well as a variety of other commercial property matters together with undertaking business development activities to further develop the team further.
