Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: North West (offices across Lancashire and Cumbria)
Position: Solicitor (2-6 years PQE ideal)
Type: Full-time, Permanent

A well-established and award-winning regional law firm with a strong commercial client base is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team. With multiple offices across the North West and an excellent reputation for client service and employee engagement, this is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor looking to take the next step in their career.

You'll join a dynamic and supportive real estate team advising a broad range of clients, from SMEs to larger corporates, developers, investors, and landowners. The work will cover:

• Sales and acquisitions of commercial property

• Landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and renewals

• Development work and site assembly

• Property finance and secured lending

• Corporate support on property aspects of transactions

This is a role with real variety and the chance to develop strong client relationships from day one. You'll be encouraged to take ownership of your caseload while also contributing to the ongoing growth of the team.

We're looking to speak with ambitious and commercially-minded solicitors who have:

• 2-6 years' PQE in commercial property

• Strong technical knowledge and a client-focused approach

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A proactive mindset and interest in business development

• The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team

Experience working within the North West market will be an advantage, though not essential.
