Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and leases
• Research case law to guarantee accuracy and procedural compliance
• Develop and build strong client relationships
• Supervise and mentor trainees
• Stay actively engaging in activities that support your ongoing development, including staying informed about changes and updates in your area of legal practice
• Proactively track and achieve your time recording and billing targets

What We’re Looking For

• Commercial Property Solicitor with 3-6 PQE
• Previous experience of a range of commercial property matters, including but not limited to; disposals, acquisitions, leases and development work
• Confident in Case Management systems and Microsoft
• Commercial Property Solicitor with a history of maintaining strong client and colleague relationships
• Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate good organisational skills
• Act with fairness, honesty and integrity at all times
