£35,000-£43,000

A leading legal firm is seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a variety of commercial property transactions, advising clients across sectors like real estate, retail, and corporate.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord-tenant issues.
Advising clients on property investments, developments, and property finance.
Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licenses, and contracts.
Conducting due diligence on title documents and property searches.
Building strong client relationships and delivering tailored legal advice.

Qualifications:

Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (1-4 years PQE preferred).
Proven experience in commercial property law.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
