THE ROLE:
Due to growth, this leading regional practice is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their thriving team. If you are an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor seeking an opportunity where you can undertake a varied and diverse caseload of high quality and complex commercial property matters. As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handling the full range of commercial property including sales and purchases, residential and commercial development and a variety of other commercial property projects.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of the law yet be able to think commercially and analytically so as to provide accurate and practical advice to company clients and high net worth individuals which is tailored to their needs, with an ability to think clearly under pressure and write concisely. You will also be expected to play an active role in marketing and practice development as well as providing a high level of service to existing clients. Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with up to 4 years PQE gained within a leading regional or national practice recognised for their commercial property offerings.
