Commercial Property Solicitor – 5+ PQE
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Contract: Full-time or Part-time

A leading full-service law firm with a strong reputation for delivering expert legal advice and exceptional client care is now seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join its highly regarded property team based in Stoke-on-Trent.

About the Role:

You will manage a varied caseload of high-quality commercial property matters, acting for a broad range of clients including SMEs, developers, investors and landlords and tenants. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative and progressive firm where your experience and ideas will be valued.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and other related agreements
• Advising on landlord and tenant matters
• Working with developers and investors on site acquisitions and plot sales
• Supporting corporate transactions involving property elements
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will be:

• A Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property
• Technically strong with a good commercial acumen
• Able to manage a busy caseload independently
• Confident in client-facing situations and committed to excellent service delivery
• A proactive team player with a strong work ethic
