Dynamic and established law firm looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Worcestershire office.

About the role

Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, your caseload may include:

• Commercial and Agricultural Conveyancing
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Development acquisition and plot sales
• Option and overage agreements
• Promotion agreements

As well as this, you will also have the opportunity to gain excellent exposure to Residential Conveyancing matters.

About You

The successful candidate for this role will ideally have 2+ years PQE within Commercial Property, is able to work well under pressure, has excellent attention to detail and is very self-motivated.
