Description

• Handling commercial property purchases, sales, leases, and lease management

• Advising on investment, development, portfolio management, and corporate support

• Providing funding and transactional support within key Scottish economic sectors

• Developing strong client relationships with direct contact and responsibility

• Contributing to business development initiatives and market growth

Profile

• A solicitor or equivalent with relevant PQE in commercial real estate

• Experienced in commercial property transactions and lease work

• Proactive, client-focused, and commercially aware

• Comfortable with business development and portfolio management

• Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic, growing team environment
