The appointed candidate will be dealing with a range of commercial property matters, advising a diverse range of clients including developers, retailers, social housing, banks, and other lending institutions.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchase, sale, and development of commercial properties, including high-quality investment opportunities, development projects, and asset management.

• The role also involves handling complex landlord and tenant matters, providing strategic advice, overseeing secured lending and property finance, managing acquisitions and disposals, and acting on behalf of prominent banks and developers.

• You must demonstrate strong technical expertise and commercial awareness, effectively manage a diverse caseload while prioritising client needs, and possess excellent communication skills. A proven track record in successful practice development is essential.
