An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and highly respected law firm with a strong presence in Northamptonshire. The Role
You’ll join a Legal 500-recognised commercial property team that spans multiple offices, including six Partners across the region. This is a fantastic chance for someone between NQ and 3 years’ PQE to manage a varied and high-quality caseload with real autonomy and ongoing support. You’ll benefit from direct client contact, from instruction through to completion, while also having the backing of a collaborative wider team and a proactive marketing department for business development.

Scope of Work Includes:

• Commercial leases and freehold acquisitions
• Development land and agricultural property
• SIPPs/SASSs, corporate clients and individuals
• Acting for commercial lenders
• Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements & Overage

• Competitive salary: £45,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)

What You’ll Need:

• A qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property matters
• Strong technical ability across a broad range of transactions
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage files independently
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on client service
• Interest or experience in business development is highly desirable
