An exciting opportunity has arisen with a highly regarded, award-winning regional law firm.

Known for its dynamic and forward-thinking approach, this leading L500 law firm has experienced impressive growth, now operating across multiple locations and employing around 400 professionals delivering a diverse range of specialist legal services.

We are currently working in partnership with this progressive firm to recruit a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with circa 10+ years’ PQE (those outside of this will still be considered). This is a key leadership position within a thriving team, offering the chance to help shape the department’s future direction while playing an influential role in strategic decision-making.

The Role:
You will take the lead on complex and high-value transactions and play a vital part in mentoring junior lawyers and driving the team's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and advising on high-value, complex commercial property matters
• Acting as a trusted advisor to a well-established client base
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues to aid their development
• Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management
• Ensuring compliance with firm policies and effective risk management
• Contributing to the strategic growth and vision of the department

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 8 years’ PQE with a strong background in commercial property law
• Demonstrable leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop others
• Strong technical knowledge and commercially focused approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record in client relationship management
