The company is a well-established law firm with multiple offices in the South West of England, including Exeter, Truro and Taunton. The firm is experiencing significant growth, particularly within its Real Estate team

Salary and benefits:

• Competitive salary – Starting from £51,000
• Hybrid working model – minimum three days per week in-office

Responsibilities:

• Provide real estate legal advice
• Work closely with experienced team members to deliver high-quality service to clients
• Handle your own commercial property caseload
• Advise on a variety of real estate matters including development work

About You:

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive
• 0-3 years PQE within commercial property
• Any development exposure would be a bonus, but not essential
• This vacancy is open to candidates who are relocating
