Commercial Property Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive – Full or Part Time (Shrewsbury)

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a dynamic and growing Commercial Property Team based at the Shrewsbury office. The firm welcomes applications for both full-time and part-time roles.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established legal team, delivering high-quality commercial property services to a diverse client base across Shropshire.

You will manage a varied caseload involving:

• Commercial property sales and acquisitions
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Lease negotiations
• Property development
• Agricultural land and woodland transactions
• Telecoms-related property issues

You will work alongside experienced legal professionals and a dedicated support team in a collaborative environment that supports professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a full caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction to completion
• Provide expert legal advice with a strong client-care focus
• Engage in business development and networking opportunities to grow your professional profile and client base

About You

• A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in commercial property law
• A solid background working in a law firm environment
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• The ability to work independently under pressure
