A prestigious Chambers-ranked law firm with offices across London and the South East is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (7+ PQE) to join its expanding Property team in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Head of Department and take a lead role in high-value real estate matters with the flexibility of hybrid/agile working.

The Role:

You will handle a broad and stimulating caseload, including:

• Landlord and tenant matters
• Site acquisitions and property development projects
• Secured lending and property due diligence
• Asset purchases/sales and pension-backed transactions

You’ll also collaborate with colleagues in specialist sectors such as Construction, Retail, Agriculture and Healthcare, offering clients a full-service commercial property solution.

About You:

• UK-qualified Solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
• Solid experience from a recognised commercial real estate practice
• Strong technical knowledge and a commercial, solutions-focused approach
• Excellent client care, communication and negotiation skills
• Ambitious and proactive, with a desire to progress your career in a top-tier firm
