An established and supportive law firm in Somerset is seeking a commercial property Solicitor/Legal Executive to join its busy Commercial Property team.

In this role you will take on a varied caseload of commercial property matters, acting for clients such as park home operators, landowners, developers and promotors. The work includes residential, retail and mixed-use development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Landlord and tenant agreements
• Property acquisitions and disposals
• Development financing arrangements
• Transfers of going concerns
• Residential and commercial developments
