We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join a well-established, profitable law firm with a strong client base. Due to succession planning, our firm is looking for a dedicated Commercial Property Solicitor to take over an extensive, high-quality caseload.

The Role

• Manage a varied commercial property caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development work
• Work closely with the current Director & Commercial Property Solicitor, learning from their 30+ years of experience before gradually taking over their client relationships
• Play a key role in the firm's succession plan, helping maintain and grow the firm's strong commercial presence in the region

About You:

• 5+ years’ PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor
• Ability to manage a diverse commercial property caseload confidently
• A local candidate who is happy to work on-site for the first six months
• Someone open to future partnership and ownership opportunities
• Experience working with paper files and case management systems

What’s On Offer?

• Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)
• Holidays: 24 days + bank holidays + full Christmas closure
• Christmas Break: Office closed for the entire festive period
• Parking: On-site parking available
