Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid working available)
Salary:£50,000 -£80,000 (DOE)

We are working with a well-regarded law firm in Birmingham seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident lawyer to handle a broad caseload and work directly with clients across a range of sectors, including retail, healthcare, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant matters

• Advise clients on property finance, development agreements, and asset management

• Draft and negotiate contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents

• Conduct due diligence and liaise with external parties such as agents, surveyors, and lenders

• Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• 5+ years’PQE in commercial property law

• Confident managing files with minimal supervision

• Strong client care, negotiation, and drafting skills

• Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail

• Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
