Douglas Scott are working with a well-established, CQS-accredited law firm in Didsbury that is expanding its Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor (1+ years PQE) to join a supportive, friendly, and growing firm with a strong reputation for client care and quality service.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to post-completion and provide support to junior team members. The work will cover:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial and residential development
• Finance, debt restructuring, and construction
• Property tax

You will also liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other professionals, ensuring transactions meet legal and regulatory standards.

About You

• Minimum 1 years PQE in commercial property
• Confident handling a varied caseload independently
• Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Able to support and mentor junior team members
