Join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in the heart of Winchester. We are seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years post-qualification experience to manage a diverse caseload and contribute to the growth of our commercial property department.

• Handle acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord & tenant matters.
• Provide advice on a wide range of commercial property transactions.
• Manage files independently with appropriate supervision.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development and networking initiatives to further enhance the firm's presence and services.

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property.
• Strong technical knowledge and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships.
