Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor ready for your next career move? We are working with a highly regarded regional law firm that is expanding its Commercial Property Team and seeking a motivated Solicitor with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE).

The Role:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will work with a diverse client base across a broad range of commercial property matters. You will handle transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases and property finance. You will be trusted to run your own caseload and develop strong, long-lasting client relationships, while also playing an active role in the continued growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, lettings and asset management matters
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating lease agreements and other property-related contracts
• Carrying out detailed due diligence on property transactions
• Managing property portfolios, including lease renewals, rent reviews and day-to-day issues
• Supporting clients with property finance, refinancing and loan security matters
• Working collaboratively with colleagues in other practice areas to deliver joined-up legal solutions
• Proactively developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with agents and referrers
• Networking within the business community to raise the firm’s profile
• Contributing to marketing initiatives and identifying cross-selling opportunities
• Supervising and supporting junior members of the team where appropriate

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

? Minimum 5 years’ PQE in commercial property law
? Strong technical knowledge and experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters
? Excellent client care, communication and relationship-building skills
? A proactive, commercially minded approach
? Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
