Job Description - Commercial Property Solicitor

My client is an award-winning, legal 500 law firm on the lookout for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.

The Role:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will:

Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
Advise a diverse portfolio of clients, including SMEs, developers, investors, and landlords/tenants.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and clear communication.
Work collaboratively with the wider legal team to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

The Ideal Candidate:

1 Year PQE in Commercial Property law, with a proven track record of handling complex transactions.
Strong technical expertise and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and client-care skills.
A proactive and business-minded approach to problem-solving.
Ambition and enthusiasm to grow and develop within the team.
