An established and well-respected law firm in Devon is seeking a motivated and commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Newly Qualified to 3-year PQE solicitor looking to build their career with a supportive local firm that handles high-quality work across the region.

You’ll be involved in a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, leases, and development work. You'll have access to excellent mentorship and real opportunities to progress.

· NQ to 3 years PQE in commercial property

· Solid training and grounding in property work (seat experience considered)

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· A desire to grow and develop within a collaborative environment

· Competitive salary £40,000 - £50,000, depending on experience
