The Commercial Property Solicitor's role

The Commercial Property Solicitor will handle a broad caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion. This will include dealing with lease renewals, rent reviews, licences to assign, freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, and advising on property development projects. Experience of acting for SMEs, landlords, and local businesses will be particularly valued.

You will work closely with the wider property and private client teams, supporting cross-departmental work and playing an active role in business development. This position is ideal for a Commercial Property Solicitor who enjoys building long-term client relationships and offering practical, tailored advice.

The Commercial Property Solicitor

To be considered for this role, the successful Commercial Property Solicitor will need:

• A minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial property

• A solid grounding in core property law and transactional work

• Strong technical and drafting skills

• Excellent client-facing communication

• Experience using case management systems (LEAP preferred but not essential)

• A proactive, organised, and team-focused approach
