The Role

• Handling a broad range of Commercial Property matters with a focus on landlord and tenant work
  
  
• Acting on behalf of investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and public sector clients
  
  
• Managing transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations
  
  
• Advising on portfolio management and asset strategy
  
  
• Working alongside a highly experienced and top-ranked team
  
  
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture
  
  
• Playing a role in client development and maintaining key relationships
  
  

You

• A qualified Solicitor with 3–10 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
  
  
• Strong experience in landlord and tenant matters is essential
  
  
• Commercially minded with excellent technical ability
  
  
• Confident managing your own caseload and working independently
  
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
  
  
• A desire to work with high-quality clients in a well-supported environment
