Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 DOE + Bonus + Excellent Benefits - No Billing Targets

We’re working with a highly regarded Top firm in Nottingham, known for its supportive culture and high-quality work. The firm is seeking to appoint a driven and collaborative Commercial Property Associate to join its well-established and growing team.

The Opportunity

You’ll be joining a thriving commercial property team with a strong pipeline of work and established client base—meaning minimal business development is required. You’ll handle a varied caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Development agreements and overage deeds
• Agreements for lease, leases, and associated landlord/tenant documentation
• Title reporting, certificates of title, and advisory notes
• Cross-department collaboration on multi-disciplinary projects

About You

• NQ-2+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property (we’re open on level of experience)
• Able to manage your own caseload with appropriate support
• Solid technical ability and a proactive, client-focused approach
• Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
