Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

Oculus Legal Group are delighted to be working with a Legal 500 recognised firm seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their successful and expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded Commercial Property team, offering a broad caseload and direct client contact from the outset.

You will be part of a wider Commercial Property group across Northamptonshire, supported by a collaborative and experienced team. The Role

You will be responsible for handling a diverse range of commercial property transactions, including:

• Commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
• Freehold acquisitions and disposals
• Development land and related agreements
• Agricultural property matters
• Acting for SIPPs/SASSs, corporates, and private individuals
• Commercial finance and lender work
• Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage arrangements

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ - 3 years’ PQE)
• Solid understanding of commercial property law
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage your own caseload with autonomy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to client service
• Interest in business development and contributing to firm growth
