A well-regarded high street law firm in Reading is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years’ PQE) to join its friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor looking to take on a key role in a growing firm with a strong local reputation.

The Role:

You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
?? Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
?? Landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations, renewals and licences
?? Development agreements and property finance transactions
?? Providing clear, practical advice to local businesses, developers and investors

About You:

? 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
? Confident in managing transactions from instruction to completion
? A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative and client-focused environment
? Keen to be involved in business development and build lasting client relationships
