Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property and development work, including acquisitions, leases, refinances, and development agreements.
  

• Advise clients on legal aspects of planning, construction, and financing in commercial property projects.
  

• Draft and negotiate a range of legal documents such as:
  

  • Sale & purchase agreements
    

  • Leases
    

  • Overage and promotion agreements
    

  • Pre-emption agreements
    

  • Development and construction contracts
    

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  

• Keep up to date with legal developments and market trends in commercial property law.
  

• Work independently while also supporting senior team members on complex transactions.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (1+ years PQE) with a solid background in commercial property.
  

• Positive, proactive, and adaptable—comfortable with change and excited by innovation.
  

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  

• Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  

• Commercially astute, delivering practical, client-focused advice.
