An ambitious and growing law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding team in Reading.

The Commercial Property Solicitor's Role

Advising clients across a broad range of commercial property matters
Handling property acquisitions, disposals and investment transactions
Acting on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Advising on the granting and taking of leases
Supporting property development and asset management matters
Providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice
Building and developing strong client relationships
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Contributing to business development, networking and marketing activities
Developing sector knowledge and contributing to the wider teamThe Commercial Property Solicitor

2-5 years' PQE in commercial property
Experience across general commercial property matters
Strong drafting and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Commercially minded with a practical approach
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational and time management skills
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Thames Valley connections would be advantageousIn Return

£50,000 - £60,000 salary
