A progressive, commercially successful but also friendly firm with a strong reputation for providing excellent client care and service is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (1 to 3 Year PQE) with fee earning experience to join the Commercial Property team.

What we’re looking for in a Commercial Property Solicitor:

Experience in Commercial Property Law
Knowledge and understanding of SRA Accounts Rules, the SRA Handbook and Outcome Focused Regulations.
Good knowledge of all aspects of the law and rules/regulations 
Proven experience working in a Solicitors office, managing own caseload.
The ability to establish and build good client relationships.
Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
The ability to absorb information from people and documents swiftly 
Excellent IT skills. 
An aptitude for dealing with members of the public, official bodies and owner-managed businesses courteously and confidently
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
