The Role

You'll join a well-established team advising a diverse client base that includes businesses, developers, investors, landlords and owner-managed companies across a broad range of commercial property matters.

The caseload is varied and high quality, including:

Acquisitions and disposals
Landlord and tenant matters
Development and investment work
Secured lending transactions
Options, conditional contracts and overage agreements
Easements and other property-related mattersThis is a role that offers genuine responsibility from day one, while providing the support and mentoring needed to continue developing your technical expertise and long-term career.

About You

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 2+ years' PQE in Commercial Property, although those with more experience are also encouraged to apply.

You'll ideally demonstrate:
