Commercial Property Solicitor - £55,000 - £65,000 - 3-5 Years PQE - Basingstoke - Hybrid Working

I am partnering with a renowned, Legal 500 Law Firm based in Basingstoke on their recruitment of a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE to join their ever expanding Real Estate team.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters and be confident managing files autonomously, while contributing to larger, complex transactions as part of a team.

This Commercial Property Solicitor role includes the following duties:

• Acting on behalf of a wide range of clients including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and financial institutions.

• Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial property (freehold and leasehold).

• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licenses to assign, underlettings, rent reviews and lease renewals.

• Supporting corporate transactions, including due diligence and property aspects of share and asset sales.

• Advising on property finance and security arrangements.

• Managing a varied caseload efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.

• Liaising with clients, agents, and other third parties to progress matters smoothly and professionally.

• Ensuring compliance with professional standards, risk management and file handling procedures.

The ideal candidate for this Commercial Property Solicitor will have the following experience:

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3-5 years PQE in commercial property.

• Solid grounding in commercial property law with demonstrable experience of handling a diverse caseload.

• Strong technical skills with excellent attention to detail.

• A commercial and practical approach to problem-solving.

• Confident communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships.

• Self-motivated, organised, and able to prioritise effectively under pressure.

• Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.

• Experience with Lexcel-accredited or similar quality environments (desirable but not essential).
