Commercial Property Solicitor (Enfranchisement), 1-4 Years PQE, Hertfordshire, £Excellent + Benefits – A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for that next step in their career. JOB REF:9508.

• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 1-4 Years PQE in enfranchisement matters.
• You will be responsible for a broad range of enfranchisement matters, acting for both landlords and leaseholders, with the opportunity to support residential property work where relevant.
• From lease extensions and freehold acquisitions to complex collective enfranchisement matters, you will play a key role in delivering practical, commercially-minded advice to the firm’s clients.
• You will have solid experience in enfranchisement law, ideally with exposure to residential property
• Confidence in managing files independently and liaising with clients, surveyors, and legal professionals
• You will have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
