SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading regional law firm and further develop the commercial property offerings as well as develop the agricultural market. Advising a diverse range of clients, the firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor who covers the broad remit of commercial property including landlord and tenant matters, sales and acquisitions and development matters. As a strong networker and business developer you will possess the ability to build relationships and further develop the firm’s commercial property offering.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have a minimum of 8 years PQE and a strong track record of developing and maintaining client relationships. In addition to fee earning, the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will ideally have some experience of supervising and mentoring more junior members of the team as well as some experience of developing an agricultural team. You will be ambitious, possess the ability to network and business develop as well as play a key role in further developing the commercial property offerings of this leading regional law firm.
