Commercial Property Solicitor: Lenders and Banks

Location: Brentwood

Salary: £50k - £65k

They are one of the UK’s leading property finance firms, providing an innovative approach to the delivery of legal work in the areas of lender services, finance, mortgages and property.

Our client is looking for a qualified solicitor to work within their busy, established and successful property team.

In the role you will have no time recording requirements or billing targets – they even have their own specialist post completions team to handle registration work.

You will primarily be dealing with property finance matters for their banking clients.

Experience Needed:

• 5 years PQE in Commercial Property
• Experience of property transactions involving commercial, residential freehold
• and leasehold property
• Good technical knowledge of property law
• Strong commercial acumen
• A practical and proactive approach to solving problems
• An ability to prioritise your workload effectively
• Excellent communication and client care
• Experience of acting for lenders would be ideal
